Bleacher report sucks bro. They have basically no filter for the that's posted there. It's mostly all based on pure opinion with little to no facts present at any point.
Boozer won't be anmestied either. Yeah, let's amnesty a 17/10 guy who shoots 54% and pay his entire salary without having him play on the floor as opposed to just keeping him and paying it while getting his production.
It wouldn't hurt. He is soft, overpaid, disappears in the postseason etc etc. The Bulls aren't winning a le with the way they are built. They are a GREAT defensive team, but they need more O. Boozer can't be counted on.
The Bulls' bad offense has a lot more to due with Thibedope being an offensive dunce than Boozer's supposed huge lack of production.
Even if you put the best offensive PF in the NBA on that team (whoever you happen to think that is), their offense will still be mediocre because their playbook is more like a pamphlet than a book.
I get all the Bulls games here, and have watched most of them (and Spurs games) the last 2 seasons. The massive gap in how many plays each team runs is astronomical. The Bulls run garbage, low-end plays and frequently end up just giving Rose or CJ Watson the ball to go one on five. That isn't Boozer's fault. Throwing Boozer away and putting oh wait nobody in his place is a stupid idea.
What they needed last year was a second ball handler on the perimeter (their SG situation was in dire need of upgrading), and this year they needed Rose to be healthy and he wasn't. Even if he was, their offense was terrible because Thibs is a defensive genius and offensive idiot.
boozer would be better off if he got another big with decent shooting range playing alongside him, like the old jazz okur for example, and noah definitely not the guy he enjoys playing with

Yes. He turned into an absolute liability against Philly, to the point where his ass got benched in the 4th of an elimination game. Guys who get paid his kind of money play in those stretches.
