The Timberwolves are "pulling out all the stops" to acquire Pau Gasol, sources tell the Associated Press.
Minnesota was attempting to trade Derrick Williams for the No. 2 overall pick in Thursday's draft, and the Timberwolves reportedly would have sent that selection to the Lakers as part of a Gasol package. He probably just wants a roster without morons on it. I won't call Kahn racist just because the black players tend to be dumber than the white players. You can only do so much with athleticism and no skill. The day where super athletes with mediocre skill always beating the mediocre athletes with great fundamental skills is pretty much over.
