thinking that shtick is believable
"I'm not butthurt about the Pats ing my team for years when they beat the Pats 20 years before I was born!"
Again, no need for us to be butthurt... we're undefeated against the Pats in league championship games... thanks for the rings, Pats!

Btw, you didn't remember correctly here given that superbowls didn't exist till 1966![]()
I know.... the Chargers wanted to play the NFL champions in what would have been the first Super Bowl, and the Bears were too pussy to do it...
What the are you talking about?
Anyway...(while it tries to figure it out)
Those AFL Charger teams were loaded.
Rote/Hadl at QB
Paul Lowe who was amazing at running back
Keith Lincoln who is the only player in history to score..rushing/receiving/throwing/punt return/kickoff return/point after/field goal
Lance Alworth who was the best receiver in the game.
The biggest difference between the AFL vs NFL back then was the defense. The AFL was weak. They did however have more team speed. Yes the fact they played more black players the reason for that.

Nomination for one of the more re ed takes of this off-season.
Clipper Nation must dream of that patriot ramming up his bandwagon azz
DOK just grilled your ass
I agree the guy is a ing idiot.
Welcher trying to hop on
51-1
at the idea of anyone bandwagoning on to the Chargers... they're in for a life of disappointment if they do that tbh....
Come on man even an idiot like you knows the difference between yards and meters. My list was yards
Do you work at stupid?

I guarantee the Redskins go 0-6 in the division.
They will win at least one of them at home.
Green Bay Packers = 2013 Super Bowl Champs
Guaransheed!
Alex Smith will be underwhelming and the chief cause of me throwing things at my television on Sundays.
The other Smith will have 10+ sacks and establish himself as a dominant force on the outside
Peyton will prove he's still got it
Tim Tebow will read the bible alot and wilt under the harsh lights of Gotham
Panthers will make the playoffs
Packers win it all
And I do think the Niners will win at least 10 again, but will fall in the playoffs once real leadership is needed behind center (or a pass in the air beyond 15 yards to someone other than VDavis)
Blaine Gabbert will continue to fail so hard that Chad Henne will replace him.
Justin Blackmon will have a quiet year.
Matt Ryan will lay another egg in the playoffs.
especially if he doesn't get signed and get into camp.
Elite Manning will be even better this upcoming season. His stats may not change due to upgrading at running back, but his impact on games will be more than ever.
The Giants will win 13-14 games this season
DT Marvin Austin is going to make an impact
Is Austin more of a run-stuffer or pass-rusher?...don't know the book on him, other than he was a highly touted DT coming out of Carolina.
As for the G-Men, 13-14 games is pretty ambitious with that brutal schedule, but they did similar work in 2008 before Plax went down.
I maintain that the 2008 team (Pre-Plax shooting himself) was the best Giant team I've seen in years...Burress was having a monster year and the offense completely took a nosedive when him and Smith went down.
13 wins is very ambitious to the point it's unrealistic. I see a loss to both the cowboys and eagles, and they lost to grossman last year so I don't think a loss to the redskins is entirely out of the question.
- Giants will win more games during the regular season (11-12?) than in 2011 but won't go back to the Super Bowl.
- Eagles will bounce back and play better than in '11.
- AFC North will not be as strong as in 2011. Baltimore and Cincinnati will regress. I've given up predicting the downfall of the Steelers.
- Houston will kick much ass during the regular season.
- Green Bay will fall off its 15-1 pace of 2011 but will be a better team.
- Cleveland will avoid double-digit losses for the first time since '07.
Houston at 12-1 to win the SB is a very enticing bet...
Wow...that's pretty damn good odds even though I don't think it will happen. Tempting indeed.
