I didn't say one couldn't be both but that one doesn't necessarily make you the other -- as you've implied. I also said Zimmerman has been neither tried nor convicted of either. And, in the case of molestation accusation, he hasn't even been charged.
Frankly, I question the relevance of the accusation to the charge of 2nd degree murder of Trayvon Martin. Not that I would put it past them but, are the prosecutors now suggesting Zimmerman molested Martin before shooting him?
Finally, judging by what CC said (and I admit to not being interested enough to give much thought the notion Zimmerman is guilty of some sexual molestation when he was a child), if it occurred when Zimmerman was 8 and the "victim" 6, I question whether it is molestation at all. I played doctor with a girl down the street when we were both younger than 10.
