Just read that Dallas STILL has a 2.5 million dollar room exception so looks like we picking up Delonte to fix up the PG position. Roddy can't be trusted anymore
Collison, !

What happened to French Allah?
I'd rather not sign Delonte tbh. This year needs to be Roddy's final chance. He gets one last shot to play to his potential, and we don't need Delonte around to give Carlisle another excuse to leave Roddy on the bench.
went down with multiple foot injuries and just wasn't the same anymore tbh
He will have flashes every 2 games but then suck it up for a few games. I blame a lot on RC not developing him and Dominique jones properly. They aren't point guards nor combo guards ad that is what Rick is trying to turn them into. They're naturally undersized shooting guards.
Well this all started when I lumped in phoenix with those teams, not necessarily below and it must have stung a bit.
If not West then maybe we could get a cheap big for that much(HIGHLY unlikely though). This front court is going to get eaten alive when they play the Lakers.
Not that I don't like Delonte, he was terrific last year in his role. I just really want to see Roddy get one last chance, and we all know Carlisle won't play him if he's got any other options.
DoJo's problem is that most 10 year olds can shoot better than him.
I'd lump Phoenix in with Golden State and maybe Sacramento, but Minnesota will always have problems with free agents because of how ty the weather is there. I really doesn't sting to point out what's been obvious for years.
Even when the Suns were good, they were never a great free agency destination, but they're still much better than Minnesota.
Is this the mavs first legit shooting guard since Finley left?
Just remembered Antine Wright starting at the 2 a few years back
Since Stackhouse.
It's always a good idea to have a veteran PG around. Give Roddy a chance to do his thing in the regular season, but if he falters, Delonte is a good guy to have on hand for the playoff run.
Brickhouse
Stackhouse was like 6th man of the year in 2006 bro.
He was definitely a 6th man for Miami in that years finals. lol
I'll never understand why he tackled Shaq in game 4 that year when the Mavs were getting their pushed in.
Because it was a blowout and they were trying to show off
crofl
wasn't even that hard of a blow. shaq just being a fat as fatass made it look a lot worse.
Didn't they lose game 5 in OT by like 1 or 2 points off game winning free throws? Had stack played and dropped his usual 13-15 points maybe it's a different story.
RIP 2006![]()
Solid signing, I've always been a fan of mayo, he should be enough to help Mavs get 8th seed
crofl yeah the suspension was BS and unwarranted, more reason why the heat's 2006 championship is *
I bet losing the finals that year really ruined your 5th grade summer crofl
Even then I'd rather have Roddy. The risk/reward is greater and I just want closure on the whole damn thing - can this guy play or not?
