You do realize the prerequisites for owning a gun differ from state to state, right? Perhaps Colorado should change their laws so it isn't so easy for a deranged, evil individual to get their hands on a gun, yet people who can prove themselves to be responsible can still exercise their cons utional rights if they so choose......

This is not my definition. This is the definition that comes up when one simply types the word insanity into google. In fact, it's the first thing that comes up before any link. I'm going by this definition to define what he is because of these acts he's committed. He's a sick and twisted mother er.

And we already have a justice system and laws to punish those who inflict this kind of damage.....
Yes, there is no need to go through the "HASSLE" when they plan on getting caught. If being executed or spending life in prison isn't a deterrent to a mass shooting finding guns on the black market is unlikely to be as well. Or finding another effective way to kill a lot of people.
