A fun exercise for the upcoming US presidential election. It's not likely to change anyone's vote, but goes past the polarizing conservative vs. liberal hot air with a look at a wide range of issues.
Nice implementation. I especially like the "choose another stance" feature - I haven't seen this executed like this anywhere else.
LOL, introduced me to some new candidates as well:

Jimmy McMillan is the founder of the Rent Is Too Damn High Party
It's seems that I'm Mr Romney's side on no major issues. Shocked!

The results are bull ; apparently I side with Obama 76% because I like the he says in speeches as opposed to what he actually does. I'm not sure how wanting universal health care is siding with Obama on healthcare either.

I purposely tried to pick the most hard-line conservative choices available (at least my impression of what they would be) to see what the results would be. Here they are:
Going to try again with what I consider to be the most hard-line liberal choices available. Then maybe I'll pick what I actually believe...
Not really surprising, tbh.....
You could have just waited for WC to post.
Didn't see the Choose Another Option in the Conservative Version, so I answered all "Yes-No" on those. Too lazy to go back and do it again.
But here is my Liberal version with Choose Another Option choices included.
Again, just doing this because I'm curious how the candidates align to their "bases" according to this site. And because I'm bored.

Guess Liberal with a side of hawkish foreign policy gives you Obama. Sounds about right I guess.

Probably because of my departure from the Libertarian platform on foreign policy.
I side with Gary Johnson on most issues in the 2012 Presidential Election.
Who you side with by party...

Libertarian
72%
Democratic
65%

My results showed that I agreed with Jill Stein on most issues and I don't have the first clue who she is.
I didn't know that I was supposed to post my responses on the posts here.
I don't remember who came in second.
Who is Jill Stein?
weird how high Obama-agrees correlates with Texas-agrees??
Welp, I'm fairly surprised.
