Feels like the RJ trade for Spursfan, tbh...
Regardless of how the salaries match up, I don't ever have to watch Robin Lopez and Hakim Warrick play in Suns uniforms ever again. This is a great day.

I forgot Warrick's final year was a team option too, so the two are basically a wash. The fact they're both expiring makes it not matter, the bonus is the 1st rounder and as Xylus said never having to watch Warrick again.
Now Frye is the only really ty contract they have left.
Yup - was just making a point that they didn't improve contracts - but still a great trade.
If Warrick's contract is only a team option for 2013-2014 than its not bad at all. He sucks, but not as bad as Wesley Johnson who is just terrible.
Lopez is ok and feels a need as a backup center, but I wouldn't sign him for 3 years. Davis will be the starting center eventually once he matures physically.
Hornets were better off just signing a backup center for one season. They don't need Warrick at all. Doesn't provide a need other than depth.
I looked on HoopsHype.com and Warrick doesn't have a team option for 2013-2014.
Shamsports lists it. Better source, tbh.
