Stay retired, TJ. Not worth it.
@tj_ford:
My mind playing tricks on me. " my mind telling try to comeback but Will see what the body says
Bad bad idea. I would have ing loved to have had him on the team in the OKC series last year, but some things are just more important than the game and him being able to walk and have a strong quality of life with all that money he earned in his career is one.
TJ's mind telling him yes, but his body, his body telling him noooo no no

TJ's mind telling him yes, but his body, his body telling him ElNono

Baron Davis still in the league?
He made these comments shortly after a phone call from Coach Pop, telling TJ that they hoped to have 6 point guards on this year's roster.
He wouldnt have choked like TP
RC needs to give Houston a call to get one of their 10 PFs in exchange tbh.
Good luck to him, whatever he decides to do.
I'd gladly accept him back on the Spurs.
With Jacque Vaughn going to Orlando, we need another ex-PG Assistant Coach on the bench.
Couldn't he have unretired just for the OKC series?
His mind is telling him yes, and his body is telling his mind to have a Coke and a smile and to shut the up.
I'd love to have TJ back in San Antonio...
in a suit taking Jacques Vaughn's spot.
Pop's trying to outdo David Kahn.
I didn't know Spurstalk had so many doctors that have examined TJ Ford.
One doesn't need to be a doctor to evaluate TJ Ford. Last year's scary "stinger" when Baron Davis merely bumped on him is proof enough of the seriousness of his body condition.
Agreed.
That itch must be really bad for him.
He ing retired after being given a normal elbow that you see all the time in a game. Just because your Bonner posts are re ed doesn't mean they have to be for other topics too.
TJ got a page from God saying "you're done, pack your and go home". He's rich, retired and can probably walk without assistance. He better protect that unless he's burning through the money so fast that any contract looks good to him.
Life is bigger than basketball. Stay with us as a coach
Exactly. Don't do it T.J. Choose quality of life over risk.
Sometimes you just gotta' say it
