    People like Jacque are sleepers. You never know when one of them is going to be the real deal. You don't know much about them, and suddenly some team makes them a head coach.

    So now how many former Spurs coaches/players are leading NBA teams?

    It's a good addition, tbh..

    The other candidates were also Black coaches, therefore they all have the same potential peak, tbh..the typical Black coach will offer motivational yelling, along with a mediocre offensive style that leads to teams falsely being classified as "great defensive teams"..

    Hiring a fresh face that learned under Pop and is familiar with the current landscape of the NBA is a good choice..
