You are right, I thought Tim was in 2002's USA squad.
TP is that international playa.

Thanks again, all my family is in SA, however I'm up the road in Austin. I will indeed check out 102, or any of the porn stations (come to think of it). If it's not basketball, perhaps it will be interesting none the less. Boy, will my arms be tired!! I'm feeling good about the main stations showing this game. Then again, I'm a bit of an over the top fanatic that might not see eye to eye with the NBC programmers. I do realize, curling is way up on the food chain from basketball.
Hope TP, Diaw, and co. show up, but am a very big Arg fan!

Argentina will win no problems at all
Argentina with the easy win tbh. Scola is going to all over French bigs.
The French have any bigs?
That Kevin Seraphin guy had a bunch of double doubles late last season.
Of course the French front line <<<<< Scola.

not really
Well, Diaw is literally big, though...
If you are in Austin it should be channel 955 (or close to that.) I'll confirm before tip off for you.
Manu's plan against parker today :
http://www.sbnation.com/nba/2012/7/3...-olympics-2012Manu Ginobili says he's been giving his Argentine teammates a few tips about how to play Tony Parker.
"Go right up to him," Ginobili said, "and go 'whooo!'"
Ginobili blew air out of his mouth.
"That should fog up his goggles," he said.
The only way this game is even compe ive is if Tony Parker goes off. France looked worse against the US than I thought they would. I thought maybe they'd be a little compe ive with an MVP candidate and a potential all star on their team, but a lack of size hurt them a lot.
We're gonna see a nice match up: Scola - Diaw, altough they've seen each other in Japan 2006.
Scola will eat Diaw alive on the basketball side of things. Diaw will eat Scola.
I think this game will be closer then people think. ARG played great against Lithuania but they wont shoot that well today. Parker has to play great though.
If the amnestied Scola plays against MLE Diaw anything like he did against Lithuania, we might have another "makes me want to throw up" statement by the Spurs' coach.......
I donīt see it clearly as a win for us (i am from argentina), this time Parker wonīt be goig against Paul, Williams and Westbrook. Heīll go against Prigioni and Campazzo.
I expect him to go off, given that and the debatable Argentinean interior defense.
Argentina by talent is maybe inferior, but as a team the have something else.
We could have claimed Scola if we didnīt sign Diaw?
Expecting a big game from Nando "French Steve Nash" De Colo... he should be able to get what he wants against an aging PG like Prigioni...
Parker is not in shape at all, Batum is far from being in shape, Diaw started his summer diet... France is not going to offer a lot of resistance.
Argie by 15 min
It's channel 995 in Austin for Time Warner FYI.
What is with the French fans packing it in before the game?
Last year was so great with all the player healthy and available. The silver medal only losing against spain.
Noah was great, Batum was great even offensively, Parker was dominating and it gave us tons of hope for a medal this year.
4 month ago, everything was still great
And now, Noah is not there, Batum has not trained or played during the whole preparation because of his contract not signed, Parker is not even at 50%

Sure, that's true, but France still has enough talent to compete against the teams in the class of ARG.
