Nope. It's just in' sad and pathetic that people care more about stupid Chick Fil A and the whole gay people are stupid thing than charity work and volunteering.
I mean seriously, who the cares what the CEO of Chick Fil A thinks? Move the on.
It got crookskanks to go out AND eat chicken... that gotta count for something, right?

Give them a break. It's the highlight of their day!
I just don't get it. How is the sexual movement/cause advanced by having sexuals kiss each other in public at a ty fast food place? How does that help them get access to legal do ents, benefits, tax breaks, and handouts from Uncle Sam?
How does wasting money at a ty fast food place and ing about freedom of speech help spread the teachings of Jesus Christ?
Get over this and go help someone that actually needs some damn help. Both sides of this controversy are selfish and arrogant in my opinion.
Crookshanks, are you pro-slavery?
That's not entirely what the controversy is about, B.....
as soon as he started talking about how CFA doesn't discriminate against the gays, God got the angel of death warming up in the bullpen.
They don't discriminate in their employment or customer services practices.
But Ellen Degeneres is still alive! How could it be?!?!?!
Looks like you really care about all these sad and pathetic people...
I am quite aware that breeder = straight.
And you might want to have your humor/sarcasm meter checked.
It appears to be malfunctioning.
Jackass Chick-fil-A protester tries his hand at an apology, and fails...
...instead, Rachel [the Chick-fil-A employee] gets whine and a lecture.
The Bible says that man shall not lie with man as he does with a women. This could be a loophole. If a gay man never slept with a women......just saying
At the end of the day, your concious will tell you what is right and wrong. God will be the judge in the end. God bless
I don't know if it ever worked. God bless
Yeh I'm with you, while he is geniunely sorry, he still comes across as an asshole who "feels" like he has to do the right thing, because after all, '...just so you know....I'm a nice guy."
There are proper forums to discuss your opinions...in a fast food line should not be one of them.
This guy does nothing to dispel the stereotype that leftists are intolerant of views outside their own, and that they feel like their point of view is not only right but fulfilling.
Nice postscript on the Chick-fil-A nonsense:
A blogger over at the GayPatriot.com (A conservative gay blog) posted hist observation, compared and contrasted Wednesday and Friday at a Hollywood Chick-fil-A:
Business brisk at Hollywood Chick-fil-A
But, at the bottom, he linked to a story out of Alabama where an apparently well-known gay YouTuber (I'd never heard of him) defended Chick-fil-A.
Antoine Dodson supports Chick-fil-A on appreciation day, gets chicken sandwich (updated with video)
He's actually released two and I'm not sure which was first so, I'll post both:Dodson released a video last week in wake of the uproar over statements made by Chick-fil-A President Dan Cathy saying he supported the Biblical definition of marriage -- which is one man, one woman.
Just don't ask him about the waffle fries!
He repeated that stance today just before ordering a y chicken sandwich with cheese and waffle fries. Dodson stood in a smaller line than the one at noon today that stretched out the door on Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day, which called for people who supported the company's position to cater the business today.
"I'm here for supporting the employees," Dodson said. "The gay community is fighting against Chick-fil-A but they're not thinking about where this leaves the employees. So I'm here to be in support of the employees and I'm also coming to get that y chicken sandwich."
As for Dodson's stance on gay marriage?
"I never really thought about getting married," he said. "I've been so focused on my career. I never have time to think about marriage. I'm not going to say I'm against it or I'm for it. If it happens, it happens."
I was reminded of that line from Forest Gump:
Actually, Wednesday's waits, in line to order, were the perfect forum for discussing our opinions. I had a great conversation with a guy that was there to support Cathy and his views. I shared that I was there because of the fascism represented in Mayors Emanuel's and Menino's government threats.
He hadn't even considered that angle, even though it was precisely the outrage over those actions that prompted Huckabee to call for the Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day.
At some point, stereotypes cease being stereotypes and, well, just represent who are a certain group of people.
yoni and right wing blogs..lol what would he do without them?
After a long discussion with someone yesterday, I came to realize why this is all not such a big deal to me. I have never equated the word marriage with a religious ins ution. I keep hearing about how they are redefining marriage, and people somehow think they are changing what it means, but to me that is not the word I use to describe the religious ceremony nor the spiritual commitment.
When did the word marriage come to mean a religious commitment? People get married at the courthouse. Judges precide at marriage ceremonies. Atheists get married everyday. So why all the hoopla? The person with whom I was talking surprisingly told me she has no problem with any two people having a legal contract that provides them the same rights as any other couple. She does not even care if it is two straight people who are friends and live together. She just does not want to allow the use of the word marriage. But I have never seen anyone get all worked up when two atheists go downtown and get married.
In many countries, a religious ceremony does not even make you legally married. You have to go get married at the civil authorities first, and then if you have a religious ceremony that is up to you. These countries only recognize the civil union.
I'm not sure of Dodson's political persuasion but, I saw his YouTube at a Conservative blog operated by gay Republicans.
I guess I don't get your point? What would any of us do without the sources by which we choose to inform ourselves?
I wouldn't know about the activities at Chick-fil-A on Wednesday or Friday and, I probably wouldn't be aware of Dodson's views, either.
Yoni siding with abominations... nothing new there...
This whole thing will go down as a sad little chapter in the nation's history. If anyone remembers it at all
Antoine Dodson! I can't wait for the new remix of this material.
