Pretty much.
Wasn't he also the one who blamed gay people for Hurricane Katrina?
Yes. He's also the one who thinks God will punish the Denver Broncos for trading Tim Tebow.
Yoni must have missed this guy..lol
Nope, I agree, Robertson is an idiot.
Brother, don't you think this type of post is boring and brings nothing to the forum? Don't you think your attacks on yoni, myself are predictable? God bless
What would jesus do, jack? ron bless.
Robertson is bat crazy. This is not news.
Your response was predictable as well. Down to the god bless.
How many atheist organizations are there in the world that go to impoverished countries and feed, clothe, and provide sources of clean water to them?
I support a Christian organization that does that around the world. And, it's not the only one.
Here in the United States, I support St. Jude's Childrens' Research Hospital -- a Christian based medical facility that provides cancer treatment to children, regardless of their ability to pay. The Masons -- a Christian Group -- operates a number of Childrens' hospitals, around the country, that specialize in burns and orthopedics.
LOL Atheists. What have they ever done for society?
Bless your heart. God bless
applying yoni logic, this is the officially endorsed platform of the GOP
How many atheist organizations are out there in comparison?![]()
The lack of atheist organizations is puzzling. I can't imagine why a group of people who don't believe in religion wouldn't be motivated to organize around a shared concept on religion.......
It's equally puzzling why this unorganized group would donate their time and dollars to established charities.
Baffling.
The only atheist meeting I'm aware of locally is the one where we gather secretly in hooded robes to plot the downfall of Christmas.
There might be other chapters I'm unaware of though.
You guys are the ones behind the conspiracy to replace "Merry Christmas" with "Happy Holidays" in the shopping malls, aren't you?
That's the dumb atheist group. The ones in my smart group are shooting for a conspiracy two-fer with Felices Fiestas!
What, you think that business owners might want to change the term from to a more neutral saying in order to encourage more business from consumers who might otherwise use their freedom of choice to neglect the business?
No silly, of course it's a conspiracy. We also try to take down crosses in public settings (not because it's against the law, but because we hate other religions).*
[To be honest, I really don't agree with atheists and other who push for these kinds of things. If it's something egregious, like the Ten Commandments in a courtroom, then sure. But 9 times out of 10, I don't care about those kinds of issues, and have no problem with stores saying Merry Christmas or schools putting on religious plays.]
All the atheists I know love the out of Christmas.
Actually, the way to do it would be:
I agree with you. But I also think those kinds of atheists are a very small minority that get a lot more right-wing media attention than they deserve so the Pat Robertsons and Yonivores of the world can claim oppression. To be honest, I really don't agree with atheists and other who push for these kinds of things.
