To celebrate the opening of its second location, Wendy's Japan has added a line of "premium" ocean-themed food items to its fancy fast food menu.

Joining the Foie Gras Rossini and the Truffle and Porcini Grilled Chicken Sandwich are three new meals ranging in cost from $16 to $20.

There's the Surf and Turf burger — that's a hamburger topped with lobster, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. There's the Lobster and Caviar burger: Lobster chunks and lobster salad topped with caviar. And, finally, the Ocean Premium Salad, which consists of lobster, caviar, avocado, an egg, and assorted vegetables.

The new branch, located in Tokyo's Roppongi Hills complex, will open to the public on August 17th. The first 500 customers will receive a free tote bags."

It's Japan. As long as the restaurant logo is still a girl with pigtails and a skirt they could sell horse meat tacos and still make a profit.

I did enjoy their baconator 2 weeks ago though. Doesn't look as juicy and stacked as the commercials, but still good nonetheless.
