Well at first you said you only ate "one" meal a day. Then you go on to say you eat multiple shakes and/or cereal. So which is it? Do you actually eat two meals a day now?
I'd love to hear the specs on your "pig routine" on weekends.

If he does as much cardio as he says, then those are compe ion type numbers.
