Maybe the Mavs? Especially now with Jason Terry gone. Possibly the Suns, though in the past they were very whiny on court. Last few years though they've been very pleasant.

If Russell Westbrook and James Harden weren't on the Thunder, sure, they'd be up well there.
Those two really drag it down for them though imo.

mavs are a close 2nd place imho. they've been pursuing the championship since as early as the triple J era and almost every year turned out to be a disappointment despite the team having one of the biggest payrolls of all NBA teams, when it seemed about time to start rebuilding, the mavs chose to continue spending & contending and finally their persistence paid off

The Rockets reek of class tbh now that the great Jeremy Lin and Omer Asik have joined the fold and Lowry's surly ass have been shipped out.
rockets have no class, just a ty franchise located in what's probably the dumbest major US city, and to make it worse they drafted a jinxed piece of with the #1 pick which would keep hampering this team for nearly a decade tbh
