If that card does not get good ratings i don't know what to say about UFC on FOX? Fox better promote this heavily through the NFL coverage. The card is totally stacked..
Hopefully no injuries ruin that card. I'm liking the poster, the color scheme reminds me of beer so it might attract more viewers.
Benson/Diaz is such an exciting fight. That could be fight of the year...

This could be fight of the year if both guys bring their best. Nate like Nick will press forward with his constant pace and striking. His JJ is top notch he will have no fear of going to the ground. Benson must not only wrestle his ass off but he better be far more aggressive and accurate with his striking than he was in the Edgar rematch. I think Benson is going to edge this one out by UD but this is one of a fight...
•Alexander Gustafsson vs. Mauricio "Shogun" Rua
I am picking shogun here because of his heart. His skills are on the decline but 2 things tell me he can win this fight. His insane chin and his amazing heart. I think he can wear Gustafsson down here if he comes in top shape. This could go the other way easily..
Rory MacDonald vs. B.J. Penn
Pics of BJ show he has taken this fight very serious and is coming in good shape so it should be a test for Rory. Expect the UFC 94 gameplan to be re-used here. BJ better have some answers..

Having just watched Gustafsson/Silva i am probably nuts for picking Shogun..
But i'll stick with it..
Champ Benson Henderson vs. Nate Diaz (for lightweight le) - Watching Diaz get his ass handed to him will be an early Christmas present.
Alexander Gustafsson vs. Mauricio "Shogun" Rua - Ditto on the "past, meet present", TroutBum. Rua has a ton of heart, but Gustafsson is really good.
Rory MacDonald vs. B.J. Penn - Ares is insane, and one of my favorite fighters. He's a (not too) future WW champion. Penn has a ton of talent, but I just can't see him beating MacDonald. And MacDonald trains with GSP, and we all know how the GSP-Penn fights went...
Matt Brown vs. Mike Swick - I think their styles are going to make this a fun fight, but Quick Swick comes out on top.
PRELIMINARY CARD (FX, 5 p.m. ET)
Lavar Johnson vs. Brendan Schaub - Two heavyweights who like to stand up and trade blows, should be another fun fight. If Schaub losses, is he cut from the UFC? Or does Dana give him another chance?

Champ Benson Henderson vs. Nate Diaz (for lightweight le) - Bendo will need to keep his cool, but I think he is too quick and his leg kicks will slow Diaz down even more.
Alexander Gustafsson vs. Mauricio "Shogun" Rua - Shogun is my guy, but if he loses this then it's clear that his bad cardio/injuries have no place at the top of the food chain and he should walkaway.
Rory MacDonald vs. B.J. Penn - If Rory wants to go GSP 2.0 on BJ, he wins...but he better not make it a street fight cuz BJ will maul the out of him.
Matt Brown vs. Mike Swick - Swick's been looking great and I hope he beats ty Matt Brown's ass.
UFC: Road to the Octagon special on Fox (may have been on before 1st NFL game) right now
