I'd say Tony Stark.
I really can't figure this one out. I thought I was a big enough DC or Marvel fan to explain an answer, but I'm stumped.
Seems like Bruce owns his company with other people but Tony Stark and Wayne had control over everything.

I'd say Tony Stark.
Weapons ---> US Army ==> load of $$$
Got to go with Tony.
However Chris Nolan really pimped out Bruce Wayne though. Got to love the English takeover of the Batman franchise. Dude got a free ticket with Warner Bros for life.

Tony Stark ranks #5 and Bruce Wayne ranks #8 on the Forbes Fictional 15 list.
Englishmen + Hollywood = win

Tony Stark. They had this on the list of the richest fictional characters in Forbes
Funny, I always assumed Wayne was richer... Wonder who's number one...Lex Luthor? *checking*...
I guess I can't argue with Smaug... Assuming I don't want to get eaten.
Fictional 15 as of Apr 2012:
15. Jo Bennett
14. Robert Crawley
13. C. Montgomery Burns
12. Tywin Lannister
11. Lisbeth Salander
10. Mr. Monopoly
9. Forrest Gump
8. Bruce Wayne
7. Charles Foster Kane
6. Richie Rich
5. Tony Stark
4. Jed Clampett
3. Carlisle Cullen
2. Flintheart Glomgold
1. Smaug
LOL...
Jed Clampett is #4...
I had to google who Jo Bennet was.
LOL The Office.
Where does Denny Crane fit in I wonder?
Jed? He had like 95 million or something. Forbes probably extrapolates and adjusts for inflation.
That would make sense.
Of course, Tony Stark has more money. He invents and makes things. Bruce Wayne doesn't really make anything. He gets Morgan Freeman to build the Batmobile, his suit, and the sonar device(eventhough Morgan Freeman ed to him about it and basically destroyed in The Dark Knight and it would have been helpful tracking Bane in The Dark Knight Rises).
I didn't know Batman had a character named Morgan Freeman. Who is he?
No Scrooge McDuck?! I call bull . Mother er was always diving into that vault of golden coins and shiny jewels.
This list is bull . Monty Burns has a trillion dollar bill.
yeah and that building was the freaking size of the empire state building. 70 floors worth of gold coins at $2500 an ounce (not counting the jewels). Scrooge McDuck is the richest (noun) in the (place).
I obviously have some catching up to do in the Disney comics universe.
Hahaha, very funny.
Morgan Freeman = Lucius Fox
I still think that the sonar machine would have been very helpful in The Dark Knight Rises.
Thank you, finally someone posted that. My personal favorite is the Goddamn Batman GIF.
Tony makes weapons for the government... can go toe to toe with a god based on his technology... it's obvious who has more at their disposal
The better debate would be who was smarter
Wayne is more badass anyway
He lost his money in TDKR and still won
lol at Starks trying to escape the pit and fight Bane in hand to hand combat![]()
