What, you'd rather have him donate to Romney?
Fire Pop ASAP. What a f**** disgrace. Sickening.

What, you'd rather have him donate to Romney?
Please.
Obama is a piece of sh.t. Hands down the worst president in our nation's history, along with Jimmy Carter.
He spends most of his time on golf courses and has been in mosques more than he has in churches.
teabagger
ought to be pinked
bringing politics into the Spurs board
He's ing black too.
president
man in a suit
I would say you should stick to basketball but clearly that arena gives you some trouble too![]()
Obama supporters are cheap
Obama detractors are stupid and need to buy dictionaries.
Sometimes I forget San Antonio is in Texas.

Not sure if serious. Have people forgotten about the last guy in office?
Pop does not always make the correct choice. Many Spur fans do not always understand the facts and too often live in a fantasy world. As such I will leave it up to your imagination to see if I am talking politics or basketball or both.
Goes to show smart people know who is ing the middle class. Maybe you need to open your damn eyes.
Look it's real simple why Pop goes with Obama. If Romney wins then everybody might actually have the ability to get a job and there would be no time for people to spend on basketball.
Obama has been pretty bad. Sure Bush was too. America is 0-2.
But who cares if Pop donates to Obama. It's just going to get thrown into another political ad no one will watch.
that 5gs was probably for that meet and greet lunch obama had here last month
Yeah I imagine there's a personal link between him and Obama.
Knowing his background ( military, disciplinarian) I'd figure he leans right politically.
But at the end of the day Pop is upper class, and along with the lower class neither is affected by who wins in Nov.
From an outside perspective (I am not an American):
-You have 2 bad candidates.
-It does not matter who wins because their actions are/will be 90% the same.
-Most big corporations and billionares donate to both (openly or secretly) so they have person in office who is in "debt" to them.
-American politics are completely broken and won't get fixed by either Romney or Obama.
Long story short - It is a waste of air (or 01010101) to argue who is better/worse because either one of them won't do what is necessary to make the lives of people better.
Whilst I've been to the states a ton of times I won't claim to understand your political system. However, I do find politics interesting.
Can I ask without offending anyone, does it really make that much of a difference whether a democrat or republican is in power? And if the other party is selected, do people evaluate what that president did with bias?
Speaking from a UK perspective our main parties are the Conservatives and Labour. I personally never vote, because I honestly couldn't give a rat's a5se whether Labour or the Conservatives are selected. The only exception would be if the BNP were winning, because they're a bunch of racist b*s s.
The reason I do not vote is:
A) They lie through their teeth and promise the world to get into power, but never deliver on their promises.
B) As Russell Brand so eloquently put when replying to "Bully Defender's" death threat where he stated "Stick to figuring out your pathetic government" (his was after Brand had cussed Bush in a joke, which most Americans didn't take as a joke):
"Oh no no, hey, don't have a go at my government. As if I'm bothered, I think they're w*nkers en all".
Off-topic, but if you haven't seen the whole death threat clip, it's worth a watch. This is the version from the O2 Arena in North Greenwich, London. He did a version in NYC, but held back on some of the content.

I think it has more to do with that you have to be a complete piece of or a complete moron to affiliate with the GOP
This thread happens every four years.
He's always been a Dem.
And the Democrats continue to complain about a lack of civility in politics...
Suffice it to say, that Obama's economic policies have been disastrous, and he appears to plan to continue along the same lines. Furthermore, his ethics, and those of his advisers have been utterly disgusting. Finally, his foreign policy has been ugly both in terms of human costs around the world, and has significantly diminished US international influence.
