eaten too much pickles (which are salt rich) and it destroyed your kidneys probably that's the source of the pain imho
I had a friend who was married to a big black chick who was more than he could handle. She hurt his back because he had to hold her fat ass up when she wanted to ride cowgirl. Now he leans sideways when he walks and she's already found another man.

Foam roll too. It may hurt like a mofo when you're doing it, but it will help.
Sodium rich, not salt rich. Nationalized immigrants normally know that.
I remember reading somewhere that 30 minutes on a stationary bike is supposed to help with lower back pain; you might try that.
I had this problem before too
what you do is put on three 45's on each side of the squat rack. when you go to lift, instead of bending your knees, bend your back and try and use as much of your back as possible to lift the weight. you'll feel good as new
tha ? I do have rls sometimes tbh
I don't have sciatica specifically, but my back is pretty ed from years of dancing and a couple of bad car accidents. Best advice I've seen in here is stretching and strengthening your core. The stronger the rest of your body is, the less your back has to work to hold it all up.
Im shocked that poor stretch hasnt gotten any kind of advice from the resident male nurse. Takes like a minute or two to post and possibly help out a fellow STer.
yoga and tai chi
Let me massage it for you, baby.
more like years of being ridden rodeo style and hit from the back amirite

somebody tell this that i will split that pussy in half and leave it leakin like a broke faucet
Even without a magical foreskin?
Is that what you like?
why dont you ask CF whether or not she prefers foreskin?
Plenty of good advice here with the massages and stretching. The biggest thing you need to worry about is numbness. That is a sign of potential nerve damage. If you start to have any numbness in your feet or toes get to a doctor asap.
I work in pain management.
Don't let it progress without doing anything. Do some research and go see a recommended Pain Management Specialist in your area ASAP.
I had sciatica as well a few years ago. Don't go to a chiropractor, they're all hacks and they're a waste of money (well if you do don't use a hispanic one like I did). Even if you're not obese/fat, any extra weight at all makes it a lot worse.
What did it for me was going to the hospital, getting Motrin and Valium from the doctor who I saw, and stretching more. I still get occasional pain in the area when I'm exercising but the pain lessens every time.
I read and passed on responding the first time. I found relief by accident, and I have to thank New Balance. I was at the outlet mall, and they had one of their usual buy one get one half off sales, and I was trying on a pair of black referee types that I can wear to work. The stupid ers removed ALL arch support from their shoes. Looking around, I tired on a pair of Skechers Shape Ups. Best arch support I've ever experienced. Let's be clear. I bought them for the arch support and had no other expectations. I wore them the rest of Sunday, and then to work on Monday. By lunchtime, my back pain was gone. They'll make your glutes and hip flexors burn as if excercised, though, so start out wearing them every other day. I went to their factory store in town and picked up a couple more pair.
