Cleveland isn't bad, its not great though. The burbs of it are a nice place to raise a family and be a responsible adult. The downtown doesn't have super-great rocking nightlife but it's ok. I can see how if he was used to miami nightlife from his college days that he wouldn't be enamored with cleveland.
