A lot of judges don't allow for t-shirts like that in their court room
Someone's a of a photoshop artist if they faked in that reflection off the glass table. Looks real to me.
Probably what he was wearing when he was arrested.
That is county court, not the magistrate, so if he was arrested he would be wearing his bexar county orange (if this happens to be here) and would be cuffed and shackled.
It was in Houston.
