How many starting black QB's have we had in the NFL? So Cam Newton will be a failure because he is black? Do you honestly believe any of that silliness?
I have as many superbowls as Warren Moon and Donovan McNabb. Montana, Young, and Kelly also never dry heaved on the sidelines during the superbowl when their team was trying to run a 2 minute drill.

I've had 0 starts in the NFL and I'm only 1 SB short of all black QBs combined.
The proof is in the pudding. I want it all, and by that I mean I want a superbowl, which is nearly impossible to get with a black QB.
Saying blacks can't play QB isn't racist. When people say honkies suck at playing running back or corner, it's not racist either.
So why can't a black QB win the big one? Why draft one?

I've said why black QBs can't win superbowls. Being a superbowl winning QB requires a certain level of intelligence, mental toughness, and calmness that spooks don't have.
Trent Dilfer knew when to make the safe play. Black QBs are mentally incapable of making the safe play. More often than not their tribal instincts will kick in and they'll try something stupid (scrambling, throwing into triple coverage).
