Shaq definitely deserves one. Kobe will get one, but it's pretty debatable whether he really deserves it.

Kobe debatable is nothing more than trolling. Only a moron would think it's really debatable.
Shaq did not play the majority of his career as a Los Angeles Lakers player so he probably won't get one. Same with Wilt. West, Magic, Kobe, Kareem, players who were MVPs and who played all, or the majority of their careers as Los Angeles Lakers, are the players that deserve them.
