Ten toughest schedules for the 2012 season:

According to Inside Texas, OL/DL Andrew Billings has decided to push back his announcement date while also narrowing his list down to three schools: Baylor, TCU and Texas. He's hoping to make his final decision the week of September 21st (Waco High's bye week). It sounds like he will make one last trip to Austin between now and that date. That's obviously great news considering it's not clear which school is really in the lead right now, but the vibe is Baylor with the slight advantage.

So A&M's only warm up game before getting bent over by the SEC has been canceled. Kind of comical. Think they play Florida next week...
No. it's just kinda ty. I hope LA comes out of this ok.
obviously speaking about A&M not LA. Didn't think it was necessary to specify that
I think HornsNaton was the first to report, but 2014 LB Zach Whitley of Galena Park North Shore has been offered by Texas.

More on WR Torii Hunter, Jr....he has been invited by the Texas staff to the Wyoming game this weekend, but he's not expected to make it in. He says he wants to attend a game at some point and plans on riding down with OL/DL Jake Raulerson who he's known since junior high. No word on where UT is currently at with a potential offer but worth noting that Hunter could go the baseball route if a good enough opportunity presents itself.

Latest with WR Jacorey Warrick from OrangeBloods. He will be in town for the Wyoming game:
"I love (the wildcat). I'm still working on reading the defensive ends and linebackers, but I love having the ball in my hands," Warrick said. "On defense, I think I'm a pretty solid defender. I'm very confident at cornerback. From playing wide receiver, I can kind of tell the tendencies and in man coverage, I feel pretty good. This season, I'll get to go against some other wide receivers and really test my skills out."
"We (Warrick and the Texas coaches) chat rather often. I'll be at the game this weekend. After that, I may go to some others, but it just depends on when we have a game and when they have a game."
"I feel great. feel I'm very comfortable with my commitment. No other schools have even crossed my mind. I'm excited to be a Longhorn, ready to join them after my senior season."
"I call about once a week, every two weeks, just to see how things are going. I usually talk with coach Giles and I'll shoot coach Wyatt a call every once in a while," Warrick said. "They just tell me they're happy to have me as a Longhorn and to keep working hard this season."
"I watch it (how many WRs Texas is recruiting) a little bit, not too much. I've gotten to know Jake Oliver a lot and I feel really comfortable with him. If it's just the two of us, we'll get the job done. If anyone else is added, we'll welcome them aboard."
"I definitely want to score at least 20 touchdowns," Warrick said. "Yardage wise, that doesn't really matter. I just want to put the ball in the end zone a lot. All types - I just get the ball in the end zone."

Recent interview with 2014 LB Hoza Scott
A&M, Texas, LSU top 3 in that order
On A&M
On Texas"It's because it's close to home and it's in the SEC so I don't have to go too far to play with the big boys," Scott said. "I've been going there a lot. Why go so far when you can play at home in the SEC?"
On LSU"They're still No. 2 and when I've been going there, they make me feel like that's my home already," Scott said of the Longhorns. "[The offer] made me feel good because that's making me think that they really want me."
When it comes to LSU, Scott said "The coaches are real cool, the players, I got along with them. Coach Les Miles is real cool. He kept it 100 with me, telling me, 'If you come here, we'll take care of you.' "

With respect to the thread I won't argue with you anymore. Your obviously a little emotional over my grotesque comments. This might be the softest thing I've ever been called a for. I was commenting on something that was posted in this thread. Do you have a problem with somebody joking about Missouri, Nebraska, etc or do you just defend the honor of unlucky Aggies?
