"just messing"...
But still, two star players not playing their best wasn't good but the series was really great. Close, exciting, down to the wire in games 2-4.
Im just messing with yall, bro. Obviously 2011>2007, I do think its kind of homerish to consider it one of the best of all-time though since the two stars of the series werent great (especially the King).

LMAO haters saying that Dirk sucked ass in the 2011 Finals. He carried the Mavs in games 2, 3, 4, and 5. Thank you.
I see the Lakers 3peat Finals are excluded. . .they were all pretty terrible and against ty teams. Only the 2000 one was any good.
Anyway, 2003, 2004, 2005 were all good imo. The NBA was very interesting during those seasons. A lot of compe ion and players changing teams.
2006 sucked ass. Couldn't stand seeing whistles dominate that series. I don't like the Mavs, but they got jewed by the refs bigtime in that series. I never like seeing that .
2007 I'll admit wasn't great since it was a sweep. But at least it was fun to see LeBron get completely locked down by Bruce Bowen. Jesus christ he got dominated. Bowen is sorely missed in SA.
2008 tbh I didn't bother watching. Was too upset about Spurs losing. So I couldn't say.
2009: Very mediocre.
2010: Strong series, was fun to watch despite Lakers winning. Some of the game were filled with terrible execution though, I don't give defense full credit when there's such bad offense present.
2011: Was all right. Probably mostly just good to Mavs fans and LeBron/Heat haters. I enjoyed seeing the Heat fail after that whole Dwayne Wade backstage scene where he was talking about Dirk being sick, then got smashed by Dirk the very next game and Wade choked.
2012: pretty ty. The 'WWE finals' with one team clearly not belonging there. Worst of the lot imo. Got one flukey win with +9 in FTAs and Collison going berserk. Choked away rest of the series and looked like they were a 2nd round team. Especially the last game. . .who gives up 124 points in a closeout game in the Finals nowadays?
Poor logic. You can't gift the Suns two wins over Amar'e's stupid ass decision. The Suns failed for the rest of the series when he was playing anyway, and the Spurs went on to take the le.
Spurs also historically beat the out of the Suns in the playoffs anyway, so there's literally no factual basis for assuming they'd have beaten the Spurs.
What next, gonna claim the Nash broken nose cost them the series too? Dude, Spurs have dealt with so many injuries over the years, you can't use injuries or missing a single game as a lame ass excuse. Spurs have 4 les despite all that. Not 0 despite them. Suns just didn't get it done.
