He told TFI "[The injury] doesn't seem serious to me at all. He has a small chance of playing on Saturday."
Good ole Diaby, farts and blows out his sphincter. Out for the year.
There we go again. Hopefully Wilshere will be back soon.

Shouldn't have got so drunk last night and slept through it. Anybody know where I can find a replay?

According to ESPN UK, Szczesny has not traveled with the squad to Montpellier.
Diaby trained this morning and "should travel" although the boss may not take a risk and save him for the weekend. #afc

AFCAMDEN on Szczesny's injury:
Szczesny out of Montpellier game
Wojciech Szczesny is out of the Champions League tie with Montpellier game with an ankle injury. He picked it up in the warm up before the game, and aggravated it when landing after dropping the ball for Southampton's goal. There was some doubt about whether Szczesny would finish the match, with Vito Mannone warming up and physio Coling Lewin checking up on the Pole midway through the second half; however, he managed to complete the 90 minutes.
After dropping a clanger and having an all round poor performance, it would've been the easy option for him to come off. It's a credit to his character that he remained on the pitch although it seems that by staying on, he may have caused further damage which has subsequently ruled him out of the Champions League tie.
Vito Mannone will take the gloves with James Shea on the bench.
