Try autofellating. I cannot do it, but just trying gets me tired enough to sleep.

Its a myth that waking up in the middle of the night is a bad thing. It's actually normal that we sometines can't fall back asleep. Media likes to hype it up presuming it as a problem and thus prescribe pills and remedies.
I have to.find the articke speaking about this.

Must be one of your fantasies, to have looked that up.
Masturbation. If that does not help, you need to do it faster and harder.
good stuff. if you can't suck your , least you should have a 6 pack by now.
as for sleep, it's always been a to me. i've always stayed up late, even when I shouldn't. i know when i tired myself the out, either from lots of had work or serious banging (or mainly jerking) i do knock out. This is probably a result of us losers growing up with easy jobs or sitting on computers all day.
plus docs tell me i have sleep apnea, so i got that going for me.
weirdest is sometimes i wake up confused, start swinging, run out into the hallway thinking i'm still in a dream, then i realize i'm still in my place and awake. i've ripped door handles off doing this. i thought it was all a dream until i noticed the door handle was broke the next day. it's like some Nightmare on Elm Street .
depends on what kind of working out you try imho. masturbation often made some excellent effects in killing insomnia for me when i felt stressed in my hs time tbh, just don't stop masturbating until you fall asleep and your gonna sleep good like a hibernating bear
I jack off and smoke weed.
Jacking off really works for some of you? Only thing I've gotten out of that was solid biceps workout.
You're supposed to jack yourself off, not someone else.
If I could do that I wouldn't have time to post here.
Like I said, it must be one of your fantasies.
