Morgan caught a good catch to put the skins in field goal range (around a 47 yarder) and cortland finnegan kinda shoved Morgan and pissed him off. Morgan threw the ball at finnegan which is an automatic 14 yard penalty. It made it 4th and 18, so they decided to kick a 62 yarder
