FWD with the goods.
Ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, I have one final thing I want you to consider. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Chewbacca. Chewbacca is a Wookiee from the planet Kashyyyk. But Chewbacca lives on the planet Endor.
Now think about it; that does not make sense!
Why would a Wookiee, an 8-foot-tall Wookiee, want to live on Endor, with a bunch of 2-foot-tall Ewoks? That does not make sense! But more important, you have to ask yourself: What does this have to do with this case? Nothing. Ladies and gentlemen, it has nothing to do with this case! It does not make sense! Look at me. I'm a lawyer defending a major record company, and I'm talkin' about Chewbacca! Does that make sense? Ladies and gentlemen, I am not making any sense! None of this makes sense! And so you have to remember, when you're in that jury room deliberatin' and conjugatin' the Emancipation Proclamation, does it make sense? No!
Ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, it does not make sense!
If Chewbacca lives on Endor, you must acquit!
The defense rests.
FWD with the goods.
Clearly
Meltdown
She's immune to disease, don't you know?
I now believe the conspiracy theory -- very plausible.
Ron Paul
Still no theory from any of you.
"We live in a democracy"
Not knowing what republican government is
Wanting to hijack the political process for the ego of your fourth place messiah.
Thinking that party rules are uncons utional.
If you don't vaccinate your children, you are a horrible parent. Period.
That deserves its own thread though.
There has been a new discovery in the Chump-Gate 9/11 Scandal!
It has been discovered that THIS is ChumpDumbster's bike!
We will keep you updated as the investigation continues.
In the meantime Americans, keep shopping.
I hope chump doesn't have trolls. This problem of his could be bigger than I thought. God bless
Ill just ask
Chump, do you have trolls or i should say other names you post under here on st. God bless
Which ones do you think are me?
Brother, this is about you not me. I'm asking because I didn't think you had any other ids you posted under. It's a bit of a surprise you might have others, tbh. Considering the amount you post under the only name I know you is alarming, the thought you have more, that's very concerning. God bless
So you don't think I have any other screen names.
Cool.
And yeah, I know you're all about me. You wouldn't answer any questions about how you found Jesus, so that leads me to believe it's all an act.
Ron bless.
I can see this is a tough topic for you. I will respect your privacy. God bless
If you can't answer a simple question, why should I?
I can see answering questions is tough for you. I will leave you alone with your hypocrisy.
Actually following the real political process in accordance with the Cons ution and party rules, unlike the ChumpDumper-approved GOP thugs, who rigged voice votes, disenfranchised delegates, and even broke Paul delegates' fingers at a primary
Not grasping that we are guaranteed a republican government in the Cons ution, and that's why we have primaries, caucuses, conventions, and delegates in the first place
Keeps saying Cons ution when it doesn't apply.
Not grasping that we are guaranteed a republican government in the Cons ution, and that's why we have primaries, caucuses, conventions, and delegates in the first place
Still not getting that party rules have nothing to do with the Cons ution.
Tell you what, give me your legal argument why the rules changes were uncons utional.
Show us your work.
Start a thread about it.
"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government"
- Article 4, Section 4 of the Cons ution
Now, think, Chumpster.... if we had a pure democracy instead of the republican form of government, why would states hold primaries and caucuses to elect delegates for the party conventions? Wouldn't it just be "whatever the straw poll says goes"?
In fact, neither party would need a convention, because they'd just go off the ulative straw poll results after all 50 states have voted, or wait until all but one person drops out... of course, there's one gaping flaw in this system, and it's that vote-rigging is so easy nowadays with the computerized voting systems....
The whole point of having delegates and party conventions is to ensure that the tyranny of the majority can't affect the general election, similar to how we have the Electoral College to buffer the tyranny of the majority IN the general election....
Now, in a pure republic, we wouldn't have political parties (and I wish we didn't), but since we're stuck with them, their actions STILL can potentially violate Article 4, Section 4 of the Cons ution if they attempt to impede the republican form of government that we are guaranteed.... in my opinion, kicking out delegates who were legally en led to their seats IS a violation of that, tbh....
Thanks for proving the parties can nominate their candidates as they see fit.
The Cons ution guarantees a republican form of GOVERNMENT. Not party representation.
And the nomination process was a republican one -- just more democratic than the one you wanted.
