Yeah, and capital gains is determined by DCF.
Do you ever go a day without saying something completely stupid?
Rhetorical question, I already know the answer.

you're a moron if you don't think present and expected future cash flows are what determine the value of a stock..you might have the highest ego to actual knowledge ratio on this forum. you smug mother er, you don't even know how stupid you are.
lol stocks don't appreciate based on earnings
lol having to make up strawmen after being shown up in his own chosen field
lol credit unions
lol defending himself in yet another thread
lol puppet
please, show me where i made up a straw man
Good night of fights...
Hammill needs to get in better shape or retire again... No cardio whatsoever...
Bisping keeps hanging around much to my dismay. Stann's wrestling is just piss poor. He may have started MMA too late because it is still a huge hole... Bisping was nowhere near impressive enough for a le shot...
The little guys impressed very good fight and Johnson won that by UD, another cluster from the judges...
Jones had another learning experience tonight as the champion that will only make him that much better. Vitor had that arm bar locked in and tight, lesser guys have tapped but Jones weathered the storm. He beat the out of Vitor in every area and took no real damage other than the arm bar. He may have dislocated it. To comes back and win by submission when you almost were submitted is something to be proud of. I still want to see Jones and Hendo...
Good stuff UFC...
Oh god. Go defend your e-cred in the thread that you got demolished in.
You see, the smug mother er never said this:
Ergo, you erected a strawman in a pitiful attempt to draw attention away from the fact that you're a moron who doesn't even know about your own field.lol stocks don't appreciate based on earnings
lol fantasy stock market hero
lol spurtstalk help me avoid bank fees!!!!
lol Mexicans from Brazil
lol emotionally stable
you said this with sarcasm when it's absolutely true
how the do you expect a stock to appreciate without an increase (or expected increase) in it's current (or future) cash flows?
The judges are just wack. Almost every card has a ed up decision.
I think Jones' decision to either have his arm broken or pull out of it was stupid but it paid off for him tonight. I have no clue why Vitor kept pulling guard though. Catching Jones in the first was great, but at that point you're hoping lightning strikes twice and in the meaningtime you're getting your face smashed and doing pretty much nothing.
As funny as your lack of knowledge in your own chosen field is, stop hijacking the thread.
some dumb n!gger who was in way over his head in the conversation saying something on the internet doesn't make it true
First you scoff the notion that stock value is dependent on cash flows, then you say that you never said that...make up your mind lmao
The only other explanation here is that you don't know what is meant by DCF.
Capital gains is not determined by stock value. Its not surprising that you still dont' comprehend that profits != value of a stock.
lmfao how the do you expect to make any capital gains without an appreciation in stock value???
Stann works hard but his grappling is just terrible.. Bisping has good TDD but not good offensive wrestling and he was still able to make that the difference in the fight..
Yeah Jones had one tough obstacle tonight and got through it like a champ. This will make him better..
2-3.. I never pick Bisping because i hate him and Stann past round 1 just really dissapointed me..
Definition of 'Capital Gain'
1. An increase in the value of a capital asset (investment or real estate) that gives it a higher worth than the purchase price. The gain is not realized until the asset is sold. A capital gain may be short term (one year or less) or long term (more than one year) and must be claimed on income taxes. A capital loss is incurred when there is a decrease in the capital asset value compared to an asset's purchase price.

Appreciation in stock value =! making a profitable sale.
"Capital gains is not determined by stock value."
Here's a hint buddy, you make a capital gain whenever the VALUE of the asset appreciates and you sell it for more than what you paid for it.
