Eli is now behind only Brady & Payton. Who would've though he had it in him?
Brady cause i'm a Patriots fan but Ray Lewis is probably my favorite player in the league. I'm also a big Darelle Revis fan.
Aaron Rodger is like Tom Brady lite, but he sure is legit.

Eff the Giants. Buncha overrated scrubs.
Now: Philip Rivers, Antonio Gates, Takeo es, Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Kellen Moore, Osi Umenyiora, us Young, RG3
Former players: Marino, Favre, Fouts, Natrone Means, LT, Seau (RIP), Prime Randy Moss, Drew Bledsoe, Randall Cunningham, Warren Moon, Kurt Warner, Marshall Faulk, the Saints' "Dome Patrol"
I guess I tend to like tough quarterbacks, franchise RB's, and elite defensive players, tbh....
How can anyone like Philip Rivers?
Gronk on my team... for other teams, Drew Brees, Randy Moss, Haloti Ngata, Urlacher, Vinatieri (more rings than Brady lol), Takeo es, and some others I'm forgetting.
PR isn't the clown BSPN would have you believe he is
Rivers is easily one of the most frustrating players to watch. It seems like he's regressed.
JJ Watt for me also, dude is a straight badass.
Love Rivers. Dude is a bad ass.
People seem to ignore everything he's had to deal with. They focus on the INT's last year (which before last year he had never thrown 20 before, and he still threw more TD's than INTS).
1) Marty Ball
2) Last year, they started more o-line combos than any other team in NFL history (I believe 15 different starting line ups)
3) Gates hurt
4) WR turnover
Despite that, he still threw for 4,600 yards and 27 touch downs. Been a rough start but the Chargers always start off slow. He's slipped some no doubt, but not crazy.
Dude Gates has been hurt forever now (and he's still useless-- ing my FF team for a 3rd straight year).
In 2010 he was missing all his weapons and still passed for 4700 yds and 30 TDs--that was impressive as and i think he's been worse with more weapons since then.
You can blame offensive line issues for certain difficulties, but it just seems that time after time right when he seems to turn the corner he pulls a Romo.
Well the yards/tds are right in line with 2010 so I don't see any slipage. The extra INT's I think are quite easily explained by the o-line issues and having to force things a lot more (plus frustration).
He looks rough to start this year though (but he has limited weapons although decent in Floyd, Meacheam and now finally Matthews)
As long as he's not fumbling snaps in FG range or throwing multiple pick-6's a game, I'll hope for his continued improvement too.
Ray Lewis and Ed Reed. They are exciting to watch and haven't lost their skills and smarts. Two of the greatest defensive NFL players ever! I have always liked players who are defensive minded players and that consistent. That is what they and Tim Duncan have and reasons why they are my favorites in their respective leagues.
are you ing kidding me with a TD reference in an NFL player thread? I love the guy, but he's a goddamn husk of his former self...GTFO with det e
Firstly, he's on my favorite team... secondly, he's a tough mother er, as he played in the AFC le game on a torn ACL....
Blame Norv "Craterface" Turner, tbh.....
The torn ACL game made me a Rivers fan. He's tough and not intimidated by anything or anyone.
Everything comes back to the Spurs. Everything.
