How do you figure he won? He didn't say anything
Romney easily won. The left predictably is calling him a liar since they can't call him stupid. The irony is that they're both liars so the left is actually correct.
How do you figure he won? He didn't say anything
Did you expect too?
Anyone who STILL hasn't made up his/her mind on who to vote for, whether it be Romney or Obama for whatever reason(s), is either completely disinterested or has undiscovered temporal lobe damage. There is more than enough out there for a functioning human being to make a decision based on the information available.
NOTE: I'm not calling anyone re ed for liking Obama/Romney/both (even though no one does)/neither. I'm calling the people who are still "undecided voters" re ed.
The financial crisis in Europe completely melting down between now and the elections is Romney's best shot at winning imo.
If you consider rude, ambiguous, aggressive, unspecific winning..then Romney won
How did he school Obama on taxes. People are still dumb enough to believe taxes on the rich hurt jobs.
Most people have a preference one way or the other by now. What is vastly different, depending on the person, is the will to vote on Election Day. These debates can have an effect on that, positively or negatively.
I disagree because I like to think that the undecideds are the only ones with enough sense to acknowledge that they don't really want to vote for either of these ass holes.....actually, I agree with you, but I'm still hoping that these two get into a head on, mid air collision on the way out of Colorado.
Romney was more aggressive, Obama layed out the facts that Romney has no feasible plan.
Romney was the aggressor and more confident. That's what counts when it comes to the first impression of the debate. Doesn't matter what he said, it's how he said it. Sad, but true.
The average American voter would have to watch the news for that to matter.
It's almost like you're a huge supporter of Obama.
CNN flash poll
Romney 67%
Obama 25%
And leave Biden as president?![]()
Agreed....and to add to that, "who would you like to drink a beer with"?
That question right there is pretty solid evidence that this country is mentally re ed.
Romney did better than ok, I'd say he won by a little. Definitely not a game changer though. These debates are so damn scripted I don't think we'll see any game changing moments. Although maybe some fun in the vp debate if Biden goes off script.
Romney needs to focus more on Obama's inability to work across the isle to get anything done. He should bring up the Obama quotes of "I won" and "republicans can come along for the ride but they have to ride in the back seat" as examples of how 4 more years of Obama means 4 more years of stalemate and nothing being done for the the american people and then keep hammering home how he was able to work with both parties.
Solid point.
I've given Romney credit for a good debate, but as I posted before, the devil is in the details, and Romney gave Obama many vulnerabilities with his empty promises
not sure if srs
Obama must have lost his script.
Obama had the worst presidential debate performance in my lifetime.
I was implying the European crisis melts down to the point where it hits America and Obama deals with a mini-version of what the Republicans had in 2008. Of course it'd be dumb to expect Americans to keep up with the situation in Europe and stay informed![]()
Romney did a better job of talking over wimpy Lehr.
Unfortunately, he is...
The problem with that tactic is that if there's something that people of any party hate more than the President is Congress right now. Saying nothing got done because of the President is just BS that nobody is buying.
