I just can't even remember Monroe touching the ball tonight. I would have liked to see more of him and Daje instead of these weak runs up the middle. , I don't even remember any downfield throws to Davis or Goodwin. Thought this secondary was supposed to suck.
The conservative crap has to stop. It has been around for awhile now, which makes me think Mack is more than responsible for it.
If it weren't for that bad snap near the goal line, they probably win this game despite all the bad plays. The team just played two crazy good offenses, but the defense was terrible regardless.

Probably coddled too much by Mack Brownturd git, imo.
DJ and Daje not touching the ball in the second half, not allowing Ash to throw deep or go back to the TEs and insisting that Bergeron (2.6 ypc) get carries in longer situations instead of Gray (6.2 ypc) had me scratching my head in the second half. Ash has been nails and he was essentially handcuffed. Can't explain it.
Texas definitely has a QB in Ash. He throws a great ball and hasn't made the big mistakes you expect from a young QB.
He doesn't make the plays a contender needs to win a le.

He didn't get a chance to win the game because they ran so much (i.e., the play calling), but he has made good plays and he'll be a good player.
so much for the vaunted longhorn defense (i had much higher expectations based on last year's d). now the real question is who to bet on in the OU-texas game
