A dunk in practice is definitely thread worthy![]()
I know how much spurfan enjoys their daily Lakers practice updates, so there you go:
Why was Bryant so far out on the perimeter, guarding no one, not helping out on the boards/boxing out/etc ... when he was supposedly on defense?
And that offensive foul on Jamison (brush off), would have been called in a real game under real rules.
That old man still has some hopsNice to see. Sick video.
That's a tricky question, maybe because it was practice?![]()
That is not what GOATs do! They don't take practices off man. I mean, we are talking about practice ... practice! Everybody's gotta play hard.
Griffin uses his off arm to gain extra elevation and stop the defenders from contesting. If the refs don't call that, they wouldn't whistle against Kobe on that play.
And Jamison is known as one of the best shotblockers ever...
kobe always brings it.. practice is or not, he raises the intensity level always.. u s should know better
Then why was he not guarding anyone on defense?
kobes natural position is to always roam around on defense polamalu style...
So he doesn't always bring it.
how does his position base the fact that he doesnt bring it? kobe is a lock down defender. period.
i guess it wouldnt matter, since no one one the spurs is worth defending anyway
Translation....

He was out on the perimeter waiting on an outlet pass before his team secures the rebound (from the looks of it, I must admit). That is not always bringing it.
And no, Kobe hasn't been a lock down defender since the Shaq days. He can still bring it on defense if he wants to up to late 00s, but he doesn't do that as much as he used to, and is running on fumes.
Court records show that when Kobe goes roaming it's usually more Roethlisberger style.
