Better a loss in preseason than in playoffs, tbh.
Some random thoughts:
- Pop made some very weird moves with his bigmen rotation. He paired Blair with Powell and Duncan with Splitter. it looks like he is experiencing some new pairs.
- Spurs were out-hustled by Nuggets after a great start. Nuggets took the game more seriously.
- De Colo did very little and missed some open shots.
- Curry should be the frontrunner for the 15th spot. Powell came back to earth in this game and was quite invisible. Brown helped his stock too but I still give the edge to Curry.
- Bonner not playing is fishy. The most logical explanations would be that he is injured or has a personal issue but it could be something else...

spurs or players should attempt to run some plays for curry down low when he gets good positioning....when they dont, he looks lost out on the court, just like any new player on the team still finding their way into the system...but he looked good tonight as the game went on and him gettin plenty of touches down low...

green and leonard been very disappointing offensively
but defensively i thought they did well
