Not happening. Basically every metric has Millsap as a far better player than Jackson, so there's no way there'd be a trade unless we gave them enough to make it even over multiple years. Splitter, S-Jax, Neal, 1st for Millsap and cap ballast would be close, but I don't know if Utah would accept.
