I watched a little blurb and thought to myself: why on Earth does not Obama ask people to look up the truth of what he was saying that this is the information age and it can be looked up quite easily.

Romney is so full of about his line about not cutting taxes for the upper class or at least he has changed his story once again.

I quit watching; it just irritated the out of me.

The Red Team would think that Romney had done all that was necessary to woo undecideds/independents if he just uttered a single word repeatedly for 45 minutes.

The Blue Team would think the same thing of Obama.
    pretty much

And this, in a nuts , is American politics.

Which is exactly why I have a hard time giving a . I just think Romney is a bag.

Obama really dropped the ball in not being able to tie Romney to Bush when they have the same basic economic religion.

Obama channeling his inner Joe Biden is not all that was required for him to win the debate. Most of the time debates are rather meaningless in Presidential elections

I'd call that one a draw -- I doubt either candidate moved any undecided voters. Mitt doesn't have the baggage of the last four years

During the 5 minutes i watched he talked about 'the same supply side policies' which is exactly that but his phrasing is probably not explicit enough for the US electorate.

Did anyone listening to the debate hear anything about DARPA drones, ACTA, NDAA, SOPA, HR 347, much substance on phony sanctions or phony foreign aid, education debt, the Federal Reserve, QE3, eminent domain and property rights, UN troop presence, mic slips, teleprompters at conventions, failed and crony TARP and GM bailouts, CFR, TLC and NATO membership, TSA, HUD, DHS, NSA and FDA expansion, FEMA and CIA black secret black ops budgets, 9/11 questions, Monsanto, Mars Candy, Dupont, Johnson & Johnson, Goldman Sachs and other corporations crony fascist government takeovers and operations...? Didn't hear anything about the DHS and IRS buying up vast amounts of ammo and weapons with our money. How about you?

it was a draw or slight romney edge despite the fact that the moderation seemed to be slanted. obama got like 3 more minutes total and always got to go first, and the moderator interrupted romney on every question.

I didn't watch it to make a comment one way or another but considering your extreme bias this sounds like a win for Obama.

If people are voting based on debating styles or even based upon the things that are said in modern debates, it's little wonder our political system is as dysfunctional as it seems.

I'd call that one a draw -- I doubt either candidate moved any undecided voters. Mitt doesn't have the baggage of the last four years
But he has the baggage of being Mitt ing Romney.

What part of denying health care to people, screwing women's rights, making false promises, giving handouts to the wealthy, and constantly shifting positions do you think Americans want a part of?

But once again, reps will go rep, dems will go dem, and it will just come down to who shows up in bigger force.
