Avante son you know I think you're 100% cool but imo the only way for this to stop,is to post a picture of yourself. Yeah being 280 pounds of muscle at 6'2 is hard,so anyone who doesn't like you finds it hard to believe.
On the fat people issue,yes being fat is a choice.I am 6'3 185 pounds,13% fat and ripped (for a normal person).I WORK for this .It's not a gift.I feel good when I look myself in the mirror,I feel good when I walk the stairs to get to the 5th floor and don't even pant..And when I hear a fat saying that I am a got because I work out I wanna punch her in the mouth while she's trying to put 2 burgers in at the same time.
son thats true why do fat es wanna hate on those who dedicate their time to looking good and being fit? I'm not ripped tbh but I do workout and s tough so of course people who workout are going to have a big head about what they're doing, it requires a lot of hard work and dedication while being a 300lb obese news anchor only takes a lot time in the drive thru and money spent on big macs

Eat well to get and stay lean, and be healthy. There's no need for exercise, except if you're consuming too many calories for your non-exercise life.
Exercise to get and stay fit. Exercising is great and recommended, but it's really difficult, time-consuming way to lose excess weight and keep it off indefinitely.
One of the huge obstacles, a monstrous dissuasion for fat people is the false message that one has to spend 100s of hours torturing your fat self exercising, forever.
I don't lie. I've seen better pictures of her and don't think she is an ugly woman. I understand all of the "health" talk and craze going around the past few years but I don't like it when the health nuts put down others just because they are overweight. I'm sure I'll hear some "you got the beetus because of your fat ass" and that is okay. Back in my younger days I was a running fool but time, and yes, I allowed it to, caught up with me and I stopped running. That and I had pain in my legs from so much running.
I am slowly getting back into it though. Plan on doing some runs probably next year but damn, road race fees have sure sky rocketed. $45 just to run!? I remember running in races all the time for less than $10.
I think a woman, heavy or not, should have pride in who they are...maybe not so much in how they look but...oh , move on.

Health reasons aside, being comfortable in your own skin is the most important thing for everyone. A grossly obese person with an overinflated ego and unfounded sense of their own attractiveness is no more annoying to me than a thin person with the same characteristics.
Thin people don't make me sick when I'm eating, though (unless they look like re s with a f'd up face). If I see grossly obese people eating at the same restaurant as me I lose my appe e.

You've literally written your question on top of your answer. This is obviously not the world's only internet messageboard. In The Club alone with a little backtracking you can find threads where groups of people have fanatically defended the stance that man never went to the moon. Read just about any thread in the political forum and you'll not only see someone clinging to a disproven theory or position in the face of overwhelming proof with the sort of intensity usually reserved for cult members, but others actually coming to their aid.
If 99 people tell someone they are wrong and 1 person tells them they are right, they'll listen to the 1. Nowadays no matter what you believe and no matter where you are you are never more than a few clicks away from validation.
