You talk like he is fighting cans.. Have you even looked at his god damn resume? Maybe if you keep ing in his direction he'll call Silva out and you'll be on your hands and knees begging Silva to win... Jones should not feel like he has to rush into the Silva fight.. At all...

He has obliterated his entire division to the point that they're bringing up a -talker from another division just to give him something worth while. He is ready for Silva, imo, and if he waits -- which it appears he will -- then when they do finally fight, it will be when Silva is on the decline. Maybe that's what Jones wants? Wouldn't surprise me, tbh.

    I think this would be a fight that would be so mentally draining for someone of Jones age and experience. Think about it, you are 25 and have only been in the game for 4 years and you are fighting the man everyone says is the GOAT.. That is serious pressure. I am not saying Jones can't win the fight but i'd hate to see him rush into it and on Siva's terms. Silva just a few days ago hinted that maybe he'll fight Jones but only at a catchweight,

    typical move from Silva.

    “So, I don’t know,” he continued. “I wouldn't like it. But if it happens, it would be at a catch-weight -- not for the belt. I already have mine, and I do not want to leave a le dropped."

    I wish Silva was younger because we could be looking at a series of fights with Jones but IMO if he did fight Jones it would be one and done and he'd never risk a rematch. When GSP fought Hughes the first time he was not ready to overtake him but 2 years later he was fully prepared to smash Hughes... We'll see what shakes down here in the next year. Maybe the GSP fight happens at a catchweight and Silva loses.. Maybe Silva retires, maybe he fights Jones at 205.. Who knows?
