Robery Horry. Bailed out three top dogs in Hakeem, Shaq & Duncan.

Derek on the other hand, not so much.

3 of Fisher's rings are also thanks to Horry. Horry did all the dirty work, played defense, rebounded and hit big shots. He was pretty much the ultimate role player.

    What idiots voted for Fisher?

they both hit big shots and a 6'10 guy who can shoot 3's is more preferable than a PG who's like 6'0 something. horry caused a mass of matchup troubles to the opposing team when he played on the court.

Not only that, he was the perfect 4. Really gave Hakeem, Shaq & Duncan some room in the post as they could dish it out to the shooters. If they need someone to rebound or guard the paint, Horry would always do that.

Fisher was always a def liability and the guards (Kobe, Shaw and more recently Artest) had it hide his fat a$$ more often than not.

Robert Horry's one of the greatest role players of all time, he was clutch, played defense, and rebounded well in his day. Derek Fisher was only clutch.

Horry SHOULD be considered for the Hall of Fame. The guy has more rings than Jordan, with three different teams. In the modern age, that's unheard of.

He may not have been the cornerstone of any of those teams, but he was a pivotal piece and played a role that those teams might not have won without.

There are a lot of staff stuffers who won't make the HoF, so they can't say it's all about the numbers. As far as being a legendary player, I don't think any other player has done more with less. That deserves recognition.

Correction, He will be in the HOF pretty soon. I'm guessing 2015 or 2016.
