    I AGREE....TIME FOR MILLS TO MOVE ON....KEEP NEAL....TRADE PATTY
    Spurs' Towel waving Position:
1st String: Cory Joseph, 2nd String: Gary Neal, 3rd String: Josh Powell.

Patty Mills has been demoted to Backup PG, and won't be seeing any playing time at the Bench Waving position for the rest of the season!

leonard started off horribly last season and picked up as time went on to where he raised his numbers to respectable %'s
hes also trying more off the dribble moves and slashing now where as last season he just set up a tent in the corners

leonard will become a double digit scorer but he wont be efficient
    somewhere around 40-43%
i like his reboundind and his defense looked good at times, still needs to work on getting around screens
given 36 mins a night i expect him to be around 9 to 10 rebounds a game and be an elite rebounder in the league

AS AS AN EX SMC ALUM, I HOPE YOU ARE CORRECT. IF NOT, ITS A GREAT WASTE OF TALENT....DID ANYONE SEE PATTY AGAINST THE USA IN THE OLYMPICS? OBVIOUSLY POP STILL THINKS NEAL IS BETTER AS A SCORER AND DEFENDER(?).

Neal thinks he's Durant. Reckless driving and pull up threes?
His shot selection is horrible alot of times and he is not a backup PG by ANY means. I hope POP gets over this notion he is a PG soon but lord knows he won't.

Well, the season is officially underway . . .

    Bonner -- 17 minutes, 0-4 shooting, 0 points, no steals, 1 turnover, 1 rebound . . .

    Plus/minus --- +6!

Gary Neal is expendable to this team. 1-5 FG, 0-3 3PTFG

Meanwhile Patty Mills always seems to play well. 11 minutes, 10 points, 3ast, 4-4FG, +15. He is a fantastic backup to Parker.

Hopefully Neal and Bonner are two casualties before the trade deadline.

Probably because raw +/- is one the worst advanced statistics around.

You can tell Pop did not give a about this postseason.
And I could ask waaaaay better questions than these sugar-coated interviewers. They are so afraid of Pop.

I love when people say they'd "nut up" and "ask better questions." You'd be lucky to get one out, w/ nothing but a "who tha are you?" glance from Pop, and then THERE goes your press pass.

Nut up? It's a simple question: "What did you not see from Curry that you'd have liked to see?" Or "Do you plan on seeing what Patty Mills can do with an increased workload?". These interviews are .

Schedule makers screwed the spurs on that one.

Playing against a very young and fast team like the Hornets the night before is definitely going to show in the home opener.
that how ing tired can they really be on the second game of the ing season? No. So far the defensive effort is not there at all and that's what puts them in a bind.
