Nash tried to start the third quarter but was limping badly. Knee issue. Just subbed himself out and is headed to the locker room.

Do Lakers fans with IQs above room temperature actually believe they're better than last year?

Sessions, for all his faults and unfulfilled promises of being a Savior on a Christ-like level, is a better defender than Nash and much better suited for this offense. Sessions at least gave the Lakers some much needed speed and was a dangerous penetrator in the half court. Not a bad passer, either. Nash just kind of hangs around looking lost. If Nash isn't running and gunning, he turns into, well, Steve Blake.

As for Howard. No post game. Can't make freethrows consistently. Re level basketball IQ. Foul out waiting to happen every game. How is he better than Bynum again? Are Lakers fans (or Howard fans) that enamored with monkey ball athleticism and "spectacular blocked shots that get sent into the 27th row" they actually think Howard is this massive upgrade over Bynum?

Also, Sessions doesn't need to dominate the ball to be effective, allowing Kobe to chuck to his heart's content, tbh...
