I agree Lakers need to be patient with him, he has a lot of new players to integrate. It is not that easy to integrate a former PG mvp and the most dominant big man in the game. It takes time, I'd say two years at least.
....solid head coach... He deserves a couple more years to implement his system, tbh....

Wisdom really.
why are you so mad?
"He's a great defensive coach. He just needs an offensive coordinator." - Signed, Cavaliers fans circa 2008.
clipper nation a troll tbh.
OP is right. Mike will be the head coach of the Lakers at least during a decade, he has all the time he needs to put in place his system
Mike Brown will get it going soon because Nash likes to have alot of fun
lol at this.
been 2 games broseph, lets give it till the break
No! Fire that er now!
I'm only kidding--but I've never been a fan of him to begin with. If he can't figure this thing out, he needs to be cut.
yeah never really liked him my self either, all star break is his cut off date tbh..
lol
That's what Bulls fans are saying about Thibs right now too.
I think Mike Brown is a better offensive coach than Thibs by far tbh. Mike Brown's problem is that he's too nice. He needs to put the boot to some asses for not doing it right.
Mike Brown's other problem is that outside of Nash, Kobe, Gasol, and Jamison, almost every player on the Lakers is as dumb as a bag of rocks. They don't exactly seem to adapt quickly.
I don't think Mike Brown is nearly as bad as some are claiming he is. His ideas are sound, but they're not being implimented properly. Then again, he's not exactly Pay Riley, Phil Jackson, or Gregg Popovich either. So if you expect that level of expertise, you'll always be disappointed.
This says it all...
we told you so last year Lakers fan![]()
I support this idea. Might as well given him the whole season to prove himself.
this ing guyMike Brown to Steve Nash: "Most of the time when I talk to you I'm just giving you ideas and suggestions and you can do what you want"![]()
me....
kenny said the lakers should play like the spurs, lol lakers.
Why on earth would Jerry Buss hand over the reigns to the clown on the right?
This makes sense actually, and is why we should never really write off the gots in LA. They have so many ways to beat you offensively all they have to figure out is a good balance of when to let Kobe chuck, when to run the pick and roll, post up the mammoths, or run the Princeton offense...fortunately for the rest of us the egos and Browns incompetence make it a toss-up on whether they can figure it out.
