It's good, not great. Entertaining enough.


That haunted house thing in season 1. Worth watching if you like horror/thriller. Kinda similar vibe to The Shining

Anybody watching this? Aliens, crazy people, possessed nuns, some kind of cannibal people in the woods. Somehow they are pulling it off without making it seem overly ridiculous. Last season, I thought the show lost some steam after a few episodes and I quit watching. Hope they can keep it up this season.

The first season was brilliant in its tried-and-true simplicity. This season is trying to take that and make it into the horror genre's equivalent to The Fountain, Tree of Life, or Cloud Atlas. By meaning, they've tried to introduced too many ideas without blending with a true sense of what made the first one so good. Maybe I am wrong, but there needs to be a better flow to the 2nd season.

I agree - the first season just seemed to work - I actually cared about the characters. This season I feel like there's too much going and and too many plot lines to be explored with not enough time to do it.

Agreed.. the first 2 seasons were good. Seasons 3 and 4 were/are not scary which is a little disappointing

Season 3 was all over the place, never really great but interesting. At times it was downright silly. Season 2 had some of that but the overall story was much more interesting.
