Should be interesting to see how this one goes down trying to introduce PJ3 and Martin into the rotation...not to mention Thabeet. The potential with these guys (especially the former two) is just outstanding for OKC, but whether or not they can get it clicking on Day 1 is another story. PJ3 can flat out play basketball and is an incredibly smooth athlete. However, rookies vs seasoned vets (some HOF'ers) in an NBA debut game isn't always pretty for the rookie. Hey, at least you guys don't have to sit through another game of Harden flopping...yet. lol
Tbh, as good as Timmy looked last night, I would still rest him tonight ...

Nice work by he schedulers. Make the Spurs play Wednesday in NOLA, fly back to SA, arrive in the wee hours, then face the Thunder in their first game. Kind of expecting a loss here.

kevin martin has averaged 26 points vs us in the last 6 meetings so itll be interesting to see how the spurs defend him when they have to worry about durant as well and stopping westbrooks penetration

You can only have a revenge game in the playoffs IMO. I am actually more interested in what the Thunder are going to do sans Harden. Second game of a back to back for the Spurs, OKC missing their continuity and are without their bench spark plug makes this game pretty darn entertaining. It woud be a pretty good time to see what Nando can do if they play Kevin Martin. Not much defense there for him to worry about.

they could have 4 absolute freaks of nature in the starting lineup at the same time... westbrick is unguardable, ibaka is a freak and durant and perry have unique speed+athleticism combinations.. a small ball lineup westbrick harden durant jones ibaka is scary just to think about it... thank god they traded the beard..
Perry Jones is arguably the best athlete on the OKC roster. He's right up here with Westbrook in that dept, and he's 6'10.
I hate watching on TNT if Sean/Bill are available. Does anyone know if the game will be shown on local TV as well as TNT? Usually they do during the regular season but I can't find anything about it.
