In my opinion, Patty does a much better job at the PG position than Neal. Neal's perimeter defense is atrocious!

Blair is turning into Malik Rose before our very eyes. Start out as an energy guy and transitions into a jump shooter, then gets his ass traded sooner or later.
Blair mind was probably all over the place before he took that ill advised shot. Probably thought "hey, if I make this maybe I'll get more playing time". Wrong.
