Let's put it this way. 2003 Duncan should be taken over almost any player in history, with a handful of exceptions.

    Durant isn't one of them.

Still waiting on a trip dub, tbh

A scrub named Ben Uzoh (cut by the Nuggets after camp) has a triple double.

i dont know why but I read le as prime Garnett vs Durant.

The Kevin before Durant made my mind read it as Kevin Garnett.

Seriously? Duncan hands down, no contest. Durant hasn't even reached his prime yet. Although Durant is a better scorer, Timmy was a better all-around player with elite defense.

Duncan. KD can influence a game with his offense. Prime Duncan could influence the game with his offense, defense, passing, and rebounding.

Since TD has come through in that situation 4 times, and KD hasn't even once, it's an obvious choice. let's not get autistic.

"Nowhere near" is stretching it abit too much.

And he could hit his prime and still not win 1 let alone 3 more. See Lebron for reference.

In a few years, who knows what kind of talent Durant will be sorrounded by. Could be total scrubs and go nowhere.

Duncan was nearly as good on offense and better on defense than Durant last night, and he's 36. So uh... yeah.
