    For $300.

I think I will have to see how good the camera is before I can make a decision. No SD/low internal storage, No removable battery, (and to a lesser extent) no LTE are all pretty sucky, but that price is a really big mitigating factor. By the time I can get a new phone, they will likely have a 32 GB variant so I am really really interested in the camera.

    Nexus 10 review from Engadget:

    http://www.engadget.com/2012/11/02/nexus-10-review/

The Nexus 7 impressed us on nearly every front. What few flaws there were we more than forgave thanks to its bargain-basement price. At $400 to $500, the Nexus 10 is actually on par with many other 10-inch Android compe ors -- even a little more expensive than some -- and, with average performance in most areas and sub-par battery life, it's relying on that incredibly high resolution and fresh Android build to set it apart. Sadly, neither is enough to distance this tablet from the compe ion.

Not surprised, I've always had good luck with their PC components.

Back when I was building desktops I gravitated toward Asus components, they always treated me well.

I am in the middle of reading this right now. Just read about that Battery. 16+ hours with 18% left? I am all over that.

    I lol'd at this:

That glass covering is cause for concern, however. While testing the phone, I accidentally knocked the device off of my dining table and onto a hardwood floor... cracking the glass on the back. It's a small fracture, but had I just paid $300 for the device, I would be irate, and I'm not sure what LG or Google's policy is on replacement.
I'll take a guess and say you gotta pay to fix it. Use a case!

No LTE isn't a factor for you? I'm on wifi so much I don't even think about it with my 4s

I am on sprint and I use WIMAX. When I have a good wimax connection I don't need anything faster (avg 4.5-8 Mbps) as far as the actual transfer speed. Where Wimax lags (pun!) is its latency. I am looking at 220-350 ms ping times most of the time.

All of that being said, I have an ATT hotspot and while it was on HSPA+ I was getting 10Mbps on average (heck, I was getting 3.5 on the sand using it to stream google music while at the beach). My ping times were 80 ms at the highest. It makes a difference. All of that being said LTE isn't as big of a necessity for me. I would like it, but don't need it, especially when a lot of people are reporting about 13 mbps for regular usage ever since those lte networks started filling up. No big difference other than the fact that att's hspa+ is far more pervasive than sprints Wimax.

as far as the glass, I am not one of those people who rolls without a case, so I don't care.

Yeah I saw this article last night. I've always believed this phone was a marketing gimmick. No way they didn't expect an unlocked premium phone for only $299/$349 to sell out, considering they were selling about a million Nexus 7s a month since October.

I can't buy an LG device after seeing what a POS my mom's last Optimus S was. I'm likely going to just wait for the next iteration of the Galaxy. buying another Motorola device after my Photon didn't get ICS or above.

Yeah I rooted the Photon but flashing anything like that kills the 4G functionality of the device and there is no workaround. I have a stock ROM on there right now and I don't even have it rooted currently as I tether via USB. The phone is a huge dissapointment. I still have my old Epic and I'm probably going to sell this and just go back to my Epic for now.

Maybe because its not real 4G

Usually, Europeans have real 4G but N/A carriers love to call it 3G 4G

I thought my HTC One S was 4G, well that was my screen displayed, and after rooting/flashing it showed only 3G

I checked my phone's specs and compared them with the standards, and no the One S is not 4G

Its real 4g. How the would I have fake 4g? Its a WIMAX phone. Its the fact that motorola locked the bootloarder and unlocking it breaks 4G. I'm not an idiot, lefty.
