I've seen one rumor saying he might miss the season. Who knows?
Damn, BR was right on the money with this....Gordon is a huge vagina.....
I've seen one rumor saying he might miss the season. Who knows?
The sad part is he's really not even hurt. Doctors have cleared him. He just isn't playing. He's doing the the same thing Baron Davis did back in 2005. Faking little injuries here and there and end up making the team sick of him and trading him.
if this was he contract year he prolly would be playin every game
He was a RFA last year and played in only 9 games.
I don't think he's that hurt. Doctors have cleared him. Either he's faking it or he can't take a little pain.
no pain tolerance I bet, nobody probably told him when you in nba somtin gonna hurt every day.
Son Eric Gordon is a liar and a coward so I wouldn't be surprised in the least if he is faking his injury. Just look at how he handled his college situation lying to Illinois and what not. He has a well do ented history of being ... let's just call it like it is ... a piece of .
Demps should have traded him before Gordon signed his deal with Phoenix. Teams like Houston would have given a decent return. Now Demps has little leverage. Dude is not hurt. Demps is just trying to keep his value high.
Austin Rivers sucks, but I'm ok with starting him. Should have drafted Jeremy Lamb.

The moment the wimp starts putting up 20 ppg a game, i say bench him before he gets injured and trade the clown to the first caller.
gotta give props to the niggga br he called it
He was healthy enough to try out for team USA 3 months ago and he was the last player cut, which means he was playing well enough to impress the coaches. Now all of a sudden his knee is sore? He's obviously faking.
Sons I'm on my phone so unable to provide link, but I just read this wimp has been offered micro-fracture surgery as an option and he turned it down AKA he's not truly hurt. What a classless, arrogant, no good piece of . I hope he suffers a legit career ending injury the next time he touches a basketball.
The Hornets DESERVE this however (and most of the fans) for buying into this phony whenever anyone with a brain not wearing homer glasses could see straight thru this low life. All of the warning signs and red flags have been there since day one with him. Nearly a year ago I said on numerous occasions that signing Eric Gordon would be worse and a bigger mistake than the Peja contract and would cripple this franchise for several years. I was mocked and ridiculed for that statement (and many other comments about Gordon), but now those same people that did so are singing a very different tune today. What a damn shame. I like Demps, but he should lose his job over this.
Seen another rumor that he was trying to force a trade.
Hornets brass was stupid not to negotiate a sign-n-trade with Phoenix. Lopez and a 1st or two, plus the Hornets getting to keep the 1st they eventually traded for Lopez.
Son I'm sure he's also looking to restructure his new contract as well for more money. I mean after all he did put up 22PPG one time a couple of years ago while playing in 56 out of 82 games and stat padding on one of the worst teams in the NBA at the time so he is clearly worth it.
4-6 weeks now apparantly AKA ...
"No! No! No! .... I don't need surgery. I'll be back in about 6 weeks sometime around mid to late December and I'll play for a few weeks before the trade deadline ... but if I'm not traded then I may get hurt again! Just sayin!" - Eric Gordon
He's a really good scorer, but not a franchise player.
6 weeks is December 14th. The first day Gordon can be traded is December 15th. Put two and two together. On December 15th he can traded anywhere except for Phoenix where he can't be traded at all during his current contract.
Actually, that restriction only lasts for a year. They can send him to the Suns next July, if they want. What may matter more is that they have to get his consent to trade him anywhere this year. So he can prevent them from getting the biggest return if it's being offered from a team like the Bobcats or something.
We'll see how badly he wants to leave.
